Review on MAYASAF 924 510 Carrier Silverado Sierra by Joel Briggs

Bought 4.5 months ago, worked great to put the spare tire back on, have not used it again to date when I have had to lower the spare tire for car service. The cable got tangled when lowering the spare wheel, the PLASTIC HOUSING HAS CRACCHED IN 2 PLACES (SEE PHOTO) and now it's in the trash. SO IT ONLY WORKED ONCE, LESS THAN 5 MONTHS. I contacted MAYASAF customer service and they didn't want to discuss a warranty replacement but referred me to Revain customer service. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
