I use this material to cut shoe inserts. I am 15 feet and have problems with my foot. I buy a pack of 6 arch supports from Amazon to put in my shoes. I also buy 6 packs of metatarsal wraps from Amazon to put in my shoes. I then placed an insert made of this material on top of that. I take the cover off and put it back on. The glue keeps everything in place. Viola! My own inexpensive leg braces. Basically I went through all the custom bow saddles. It's all nonsense. They put their foot in a styrofoam box to impress. My foot is flat! What is the meaning of this impression? None of the "custom" inserts feel right. This is BS. It's as good as what I pay a lot of money for.
