Review on 🔥 CenDyne CDICD00087 16x10x40 IDE CD-RW: Efficient Performance and Versatile Functionality by Josh Whitehead

I bought one of these in March. He stopped working in mid-July. Since then I have tried unsuccessfully to get technical support and a warranty replacement. When I call tech support (long distance, you pay) I'm put through for 10-20 minutes and then just sent to voicemail. When they call back it's the next day I'm gone. I am very dissatisfied with their service. As for the drive, you can't use branded discs in it. They only recommend non-brands. The supplied software does not work properly. You need to go to Adaptec to find the missing drivers. All in all a very bad investment. Buy a CD-ROM, CD-RW, or DVD from a well-known brand, not these people.
