As a volunteer, I love that they have a great way to track my giving. I can even go back and find a specific gift that I made. I dislike that I can't go back and edit or delete previous gifts. It would be nice if I could go back and edit a gift or delete a gift. It would also be nice if I could upload a photo of the item that I am giving. I like the easy way that I can give to various organizations. I can also go back and see what organizations I gave to. I also love that I can go back and see what organizations I have not given to. I like that I can go back and see all of the gifts that I have made. It is a great way to keep track of my giving. I can also go back and see what organizations I have not given to. I like how it allows me to give in different ways (directly through my bank account or by check). It also has an option for recurring donations! So far so good with this program. The interface needs some work but overall its great at what we need now - allowing us to have more flexibility when donating money. We are able to use multiple payment methods which helps our donors who prefer not using credit cards.
