The oil pan was delivered on time but when I install it.

The oil pan was delivered on time but when I installed the oil pan the 3 holes did not line up, they were tight but the bolts do not turn in a straight line. I had to take the pan off, clean the Permatex I had sealed the pan with and it was a messy job. Then saw out 3 holes that didn't line up. When it was all done the pan didn't leak, but it took me a few extra hours that I didn't plan for.
