I bought a 1/2" cut sweet potato. It's good that I have 1/2" as it's not easy to pull through. I cut it in half and laid that out pointed end forward and found it works great with a good smooth puff, if I stop without pulling it all the way through the potato sticks then it's a struggle I mixed the fries with some avocado oil, put them on top Quarter a baking sheet and convection baked for a little over 30 minutes at 350 F. It came out perfect I like how the entire cutter slides out of the wall plate for cleaning This block works for me.
