Review on Cutting Tools for Masonry: Drilax Diamond Concrete and Industrial Drill Bits by Jon Manning

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Tooth chipped but continued to cut

Hole saw made a nice clean hole. Somewhere while cutting a hole in the brick, a tooth broke off. I don't know what happened to the tooth, but the saw kept cutting. Even with the tooth missing, I could use a saw to cut many more holes. I decided to use a 2 1/2" hole saw to run a 2" PVC vent from my new water heater. I am happy with the performance of this diamond saw and will buy again.
