I needed a wheel for one of my two screens. But it seemed so easy that I decided to replace all the wheels on my 15 year old screens. So I ordered 4 packs, 8 wheels. The old wheels popped out of the clips easily. I tried installing a new wheel but it didn't work. I tried patiently for a long time. I've noticed that the small clips don't stop reaching where they need to be to snap into place. I ended up putting it next to my old build and saw that it wasn't as long as the original. So I put all the new wheels in the old builds. They rolled like shit. Felt chips and traces of felt from the casting. Maybe they've worn out over time. But I had old straight wheels. So I restored everything to its original state. I had to replace another assembly on a screen. I broke a few wheels trying to attach them. Finally I added a small amount of tape to bring it to the clipping point. I installed it on top so it wouldn't carry any weight. And I sent back the packages I left behind. I am a capable, skilled craftsman. Maybe I care more about quality than I should. But I will look elsewhere if I ever need them again.
