Florida is the sink capital of the United States. The houses will be more occupied than in most places in America. This causes cracks in the plaster that must be repaired immediately. Otherwise, water will seep in behind and cause the wooden frame to swell, causing further cracks and damage to the plaster. This product has a grainy texture with the fluidity of a sealant. It claims to be flexible when dry. So far, so good. The wall we installed is also exposed to the hot and scorching Florida sun. The tightness is still good, the crack has not returned. So it doesn't appear to be waterproof either.
