The price is good but you get what you pay for!
This is definitely less weight than the other generators. I believe the lighter weight of this alternator is the cause of the vibration which I hadn't noticed before. The cable connector on it does not fit the GL1500. I had to make some adjustments to make it fit. The wire going to the battery was a bit tricky to attach to the alternator due to the position of the post to which it had to be attached.
