I recently put together a new desktop and it would crash and restart intermittently. I've been troubleshooting for weeks only to find that the fan on the PSU is not spinning. I figured since it's new it won't be a big deal. It still delivers power but can't handle the heat as the fan won't run and shuts down. Please see the attached video where you can see the fan is not spinning. It is very difficult for me to send this back to you. Please let me know how to return this for a different one or a refund. Update 09/18/2020: Since it could not be returned, I decided to open it. I found a piece of plastic that got stuck in the blades and was interfering with movement. I had to pull it out with tweezers. After pulling out, the fan started spinning but with a strange audible noise. Maybe because it was held back during use. So far my system won't shut down anymore. I suggest you check debree before submitting.
