As a repair business, comfort and grip on hand tools are very important to me. The handle, while ergonomic, was just thin, hard plastic with almost no grip, meaning I had to press down on the tool too hard. It looked like a cheap children's toy. I've used DeWalt hammers, utility knives, and other hand tools primarily for the feel and feel. For an expensive stapler from a major tool manufacturer, that was pretty disappointing. If I had held this stapler in my hands before buying it, I would never have bought it. The stapler itself works as it should and the weight is great. I wrapped the handle with cotton tape. Fixed a grip issue but is now a bit clunky. This stapler will be given to an apprentice and I will return to Arrow.
