I like that it helps to reduce human error in clinical work, as well how fast you can find out what is wrong with your system or where there are problems when using any software! It's easy enough for anyone not familiar w/ computers but still effective at finding errors (and fixing them).

The interface could be more user friendly if things were better organized - sometimes clicking through menus gets overwhelming quickly. Also having "help" buttons along each menu would help too much people get confused even though they're looking up something simple such us entering an account number into patient info section- which should have been easier than typing all those numbers over &over again.- This program has helped me keep track of everything from billing issues down to minor mistakes made during shift changes so nothing really bad happened yet haha!! We've had no major complaints about this.
