I like that it helps to reduce human error in clinical work, as well how fast you can find out what is wrong with your system or where there are problems when using any software! It's easy enough for anyone not familiar w/ computers but still effective at finding errors (and fixing them). The interface could be more user friendly if things were better organized - sometimes clicking through menus gets overwhelming quickly.
