This irrigator is the best I've found. A rubber fuel filler flap is better than the plastic flaps found in most floss, because if you drop it or hit the ground, the hinged plastic fuel filler flap can crack, rendering it unusable. And he brushes his teeth very well. Just the right amount of pressure with three different pressure settings. Get this if you want a water flosser! I have tried two different Waterpik models and they are not comparable.
