The ease of use, how customizable it is for your organization, and the ability to share data with other organizations. There are a few things I would like to see added in future updates but I am sure they will be addressed eventually. If you want an easy way to keep track of grant funds coming into your organization as well as tracking who has received them, this software is perfect! We have been able to streamline our process for distributing funds from multiple sources and tracking down where they went. The best thing about givingdata is that it makes our lives easier by keeping track of all donations we receive from different sources, both corporate and personal. There are some features I have wished could be improved but nothing majorly negative to say as they do seem like an excellent service overall. We use this app for managing our corporate donation funds. It's easy to set up and allows us to keep records of all contributions.
