I love that it allows me to track all of my grant applications from one place with links back to each application for easy tracking. It also has an effective workflow process in which you can create tasks, assign them to others, and have notifications sent when they are completed or need attention. The ease of use, how customizable it is for your organization, and the ability to share data with other organizations. There are a few things I would like to see added in future updates but I am sure they will be addressed eventually. I love that you can do everything in one place! It's easy to see all of my donors, both current and past. You can also see where donations are coming from, which is great, because it helps me track down where there might be issues with our donor database. I wish you could use it as a donation processor, too, but that would require additional software licenses, so not sure if it makes sense for us at this time.
