It took about 10 days to ship and came with a damaged air regulator. Disappointing but I called the seller and after a few minutes they sent me a new one. Excellent! About a week later I received the replacement part. And can not remove the original regulator from the compressor. The nut came off very easily, it looks like a very cheap metal. I called the seller again and after a few minutes they said they would just send me a new one. It took about 3 or 4 days this time, so at least the shipping is getting faster and faster. I've had it for about a week now and it works fine. The delivery after 2 days was spoiled, the delivery after 10 days was disappointing at first. It was also frustrating having to contact customer service twice but now that I have a working airbrush I am very happy with it. It's hard to beat $150 for a first introduction to airbrushing.
