Review on 🚵 CYSKY 10 Speed Cassette 11-42 for Mountain Bike, Road Bicycle - Lightweight & Compatible with SRAM, Shimano, Sunrace Freehub Body by Patrick Reynolds

I mounted this on my second bike to cheaply give it more range than the 11-36 cassette I was using. I am using this on a hardtail bike with a short cage derailleur, a medium cage would be better if you have the option, although this is mandatory for full suspension due to chain growth. All of this applies to a similar product from Suntour. It installs just like any other cassette. This Abit is heavier than what it replaced, which is to be expected, but on some reading it seems on par with what else is available in this size and price range. Shifting performance was good, would have been better with a longer-range shifter and/or a Wolfbucket link. As for the durability, I was surprised. I was expecting to see obvious wear and tear by the end of the season but it looks good, used but nothing exceptional. Would definitely buy again as a replacement or for those looking for more choice at a great price.
