Good memory - no problem
I upgrade my HP laptop with this memory, it co-exists with the Samsung 8G, 2400mhz without any problem or compatibility issue.The cost is Ok but not exceptional considering it is 2133 Mhz memory, you can get 2400 Mhz for a little bit more.
