Review on Spectra Premium TD74 Distributor by Jack Ford

Bought new for $50 Works great. Brought my 99 crv back to life. Installation is easy. The 12mm ratchet wrench is very handy, but I made it with a standard socket set with an extension for the bottom bolts and a pair of slotted sockets for the top bolts. I had to move the cable backwards to access the rear screw. Do not force, if it appears to be aligned but does not lock, rotate the bit 180°. It's not mentioned in the videos I've seen, but it worked for me. This is probably the part you need when your engine is cranking, the fuel pump is running, the battery is fine but your car won't start.
