For the first few months I really liked the design and how it worked. After about 3 months it started making strange noises and occasionally started. Now the engine is running, but the fog does not rise. I got it as a gift and there is nothing I can do about it. Overall pretty easy to use. However, clearing the fog funnel is not easy. I wish it could be disassembled, but it's better than an animal humidifier. I want to find a place to drop my car off for viewing. That's a lot of money if you're only paying for a few months.
