I have two brands: the one I bought here and a competitor at a much higher price. I bought these because I basically needed something to put my macchiatos on since they were coming out of my espresso machine as the stainless steel glass didn't fit under the spout. EVERYWHERE is great for that, the squat/shorter cup shape is fine too. What's bad is when you pour out the liquid. It has a small lip on the spout that the liquid (coffee in my case) has to pass through. So if the pour angle is slightly off, it will run down the outside of the unit and spill the entire counter. It took me a week of confusion to figure this out as I didn't have this problem with any competitor. Now I just let the kids microwave veggies in it so I can use the competition for coffee.
