Strong points of this product are lightweight stainless steel jugs in 3 different sizes, powerful motor, easy to clean, not very sharp blades, automatic motor shut-off - shuts off with a push of a button. The cons of this product are the large/tall motor base, the packaging with parts not mentioned in the manual and the description and pictures of this blender/grinder in the manual - too small print and missing information and confusing. I returned this item as I found it too heavy and big for me. I used it but it turned off after using it to grind rice x3 in a row (however taking breaks between them and following all the instructions). I forgot one small detail about using the reset button until my wife reminded me the next day. I found the blender/grinder's auto shut off feature awkward to deal with. The other reason I returned the product is the motor and the rice got hot with moderate use. My suggestions to the manufacturer: 1. Sharper 4 or more pointed blades (or similar) and less motor power (to reduce rapid motor heating).2. An instruction manual or user brochure that must be complete, legible, accurate, and properly labeled, with large pictures and large print.
