Save your money and sanity and go to another company! I was very excited about this product. Everything sounded great on paper. But after only 5 days the neoprene sleeve fell off on one side exposing the chain underneath. I bought this lock for a brand new very expensive e-bike so the neoprene sleeve was one of the main reasons I bought it to avoid scratching the bike. But I got it. Things happen. So I contacted support. This is where things fell apart and that is why I will never buy anything from this company again and I hope reading will save you time and money and stay away from this company as well. I emailed customer service and got a quick response, an apology and a message that they're looking into it and will call me the next day to sort out the return. The next day came and the next day passed. I tried emailing support again but this time I didn't get a reply. After that I tried to email again every day for 5 days and got no response. I found another company email address and tried it. They replied, apologized and said they would sort it out. Right after that, the original email replied that they had called me (which they didn't) but that they would call me the same day to discuss a refund. Well, once again the call didn't go through and I emailed several times over the next few days with no response. I then emailed the second address again and they told me that while they initially took care of it but now think that as the core functionality of the lock is still working they don't think they need to replace it. After telling them that was not an option, they said they would send me a return label to send it back. Guess what didn't show up. This company is a scam. Their products look amazing, but just pray you don't run into any problems or you'll screw up and scratch your head wondering how there's still a company that charges $100 for a bike lock and treats their customers like trash treated. . .Use a better brand like Kryptonite locks or similar. Shame on you Sitylock.
