I love that it's easy to use with all my other applications like EHR or PMS so there are no extra steps needed once we're in bedside mode! It can be confusing at first but as long you have someone who helps guide through training they will get used quickly enough - especially if your practice has many providers using this software across multiple locations/sites-it really makes life easier when everyone uses one toolset instead of having 2 separate ones each needing their own login info etc.- being able to see patient information from previous visits easily which saves me time searching down what was discussed during an appointment vs just looking up notes online afterwards.
