The ease to use this software has allowed my practice to grow without needing another staff member! I dislike that there are no reports available outside of your dashboard unless you go into each patient's individual page. I like that EWC has all forms in one place so no need to go back&forth between different portals if you are working with multiple people at once or even doing your own notes! it takes some time getting used too but when u do get use tto its very easy!! It's so easy to use! I can do almost everything in this program that my old software could not - it has made our lives much easier by allowing us to get more done with less staff/resources than we used before. The only thing about ECW is their customer service support which sometimes seems very slow at responding. I love that it's easy to use with all my other applications like EHR or PMS so there are no extra steps needed once we're in bedside mode! It can be confusing at first but as long you have someone who helps guide through training they will get used quickly enough - especially if your practice has many providers using this software across multiple locations/sites-it really makes life easier when everyone uses one toolset instead of having 2 separate ones each needing their own login info etc…
