I like that EWC has all forms in one place so no need to go back&forth between different portals if you are working with multiple people at once or even doing your own notes! it takes some time getting used too but when u do get use tto its very easy!! Sometimes we have issues logging into our account which can be frustrating especially during busy times where there's not enough staff available who could help us work through problems right away - this makes me feel less confident about using their product as they don't always seem able/willingt o resolve these typesof difficulties quickly nor provide solutions other than asking questions from customers via chat etc..
