No longer works after only two charges

I bought this flashlight for EDC, used and loved it for several months. I have needed to charge it twice before. When the battery died, I attempted to charge to for the third time. The light just stays green and the flashlight never charges. Certainly can’t recommended something this unreliable for EDC.

Pros

The flashlight has a textured grip that provides a comfortable and secure grip, even in wet conditions

Cons

The flashlight may not work well in rainy or humid environments
