Review on Efficient Chromex Tankless Water Heater Flush Kit with Certified Liquid Descaling Solution and Powerful Extra Strength Pump by Todd Markel

I had some problems with my Chromex flushing kit. 1) The instructions say to add 1 gallon of water concentrate to the bucket and place the pump on the grate in the bucket. The problem was that there wasn't enough liquid above the grate to run the pump. I had to remove the grate and put the pump on the bottom of the bucket. 2) After turning on the pump, a cleaning solution began to spray in multiple directions through multiple holes in the hose. Not only did I have to clean up a big mess, I also had to buy new hoses. Everything worked fine with new hoses and a pump at the bottom of the bucket. However, incorrect instructions and defective hoses are not acceptable.
