Review on TechSoup by Carlos Barete

I like the ease of reaching out to a remote team member to help with a project or question. The communication, the ease of getting in touch with remote team members. Nothing really. I am reaching out to the team to help with our project, and the quick response time is a plus. I wish we could see who we were corresponding with. I would like to see who we are chatting with so we can be sure that we are getting the best match for the job. I have used tech soup in my previous jobs when we had an issue with one of their clients they were always available via phone or email quickly fixing any issues without having me leave work early. We no longer use them as it was too slow responding. If you're looking at other options look into local service providers they are much better than outsourced companies like this. They do not respond fast enough nor fix problems efficiently.
