So, I've never done a suspension but I managed. I leveled my 2015 Silverado. I did not completely disassemble the shelves. I watched YouTube videos and it worked. A word of warning - they are plastic and tend to be slightly narrower where the screw holes for mounting the struts are at the back. Aligning the screws is by far the most labor intensive and time consuming part of this installation. If they were somehow stretched to align, it would be MUCH easier. If you're doing a full rack removal, it's not that much of a problem.
