Review on Shimano XT/Ultegra Variable I Press Fit Bottom Bracket - New BB71/BB72 by Marco Habersham
Works well but stiff at first
For some reason Shimano bottom brackets rotate much less freely than other standards like BB30 and GXP. They always seem too stiff, like there's added resistance. Although after a while they seem to be released.
