Works well but stiff at first

For some reason Shimano bottom brackets rotate much less freely than other standards like BB30 and GXP. They always seem too stiff, like there's added resistance. Although after a while they seem to be released.

Works great so far!

The bike is five years old and has less than 20,000 miles on the odometer. I had to replace the original two years ago when mine started shaking. This was due to the bearing seal coming loose, which the store said was a common occurrence and caused the sand inside to destroy the bearings. Hope you have better luck this time!

Great replacement for the carriage.

Great replacement for my press fit bottom bracket. Looks like plastic but good quality. Installs smoothly and easily. At the moment I drove a little over 100 km, it works very quietly. A 600+ mile journey in 2 weeks that will put this bottom bracket to the test. The price was right and I got it from the seller in Colorado in just a few days. So far very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
