I really wasn't expecting much - this is a budget option. A cut in the trim is required to seal with wedges. I've tried a 3/32" cutter and after only 3 pieces of 2 foot long softwood the cutting board is so badly bent it's unusable. I installed it on a desk mounted router so there shouldn't be any downward pressure. You can see that from the first pass to the last, the groove has lowered and gotten wider. The burn marks on the bit are due to the camber, not because I pushed it. If it was after +50ft in hard maple and I heated the bit a lot - then it's fine - but not after only 6ft in pine (primed finish). I think I'll return this and buy either Freud or CMT.
