While this may not be the best case, it certainly does a good job of cooling the Raspberry. I'm attaching a comparative stress test chart for the 1.5GHz base frequency and the 2.15GHz overclocked version with `over_voltage=6` and `arm_freq=2147` (that's all for RPi4 [4GHz], the fan was on the 5V pin). I was a little pessimistic at first, but it looks like the case is pretty good at keeping the CPU below 60-65Β°C. The noise level (for a high-mode fan) is great, especially when using the RPi4 with a loud TV like mine. This can be a bit uncomfortable in a quiet room, but then you can just switch to low-fan mode and be happy with that.
