Review on Cardone Select 86 9504 Mass Sensor by Trevor Rodke

My stock MAF sensor finally failed after 20 years and 140,000 miles. Unfortunately, these things don't notice much when they fail. I was stuck in traffic on the freeway and the car stopped. Not a good feeling. Luckily I was able to get off the Autobahn and return home. I was only able to do that because it's a stick and I could hit the gas and rev up before I started releasing the clutch. At home I was able to hook up a code reader (the service engine light soon came on) and received codes saying the MAF was out of range. Found this unit online for less than half what local remanufactured parts dealers were asking. Also with overnight delivery. Connected, reset codes and everything works. Back in traffic.
