Review on 🗺️ Janlynn Cross Stitch Kit - 15x18 Inches - Olde World Map by Kim Sanchez

Beautifully designed counting cross with clear directions. I usually limit my cross stitch kit purchases to those from the Dimensions Gold Collection, but I really liked this design so I took a chance and ordered it. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the quality of this set. The fibers supplied are of high quality and the quality of the fabric is also above average. I have to admit I haven't started embroidering this project yet, but it's next in my 'stick' stack as I plan to finish it as a gift for my brother's new apartment. It can sometimes be a bit difficult to find patterns in cross stitch kits that look "masculine" or are suitable for masculine decor, but I feel this particular design would go well with men's furniture and artwork. I see another card design from this company and I hope next time I can buy it to embroider (and keep it for myself)! This project may be better suited to those who have some cross stitch experience. However, I personally feel that anyone motivated enough to embroider this particular design should buy it without hesitation. My very first cross stitch project was quite challenging and although it took a while to complete I am proof that a beginner craftsman can create a beautiful piece of art if they are determined. Just remember that no counted cross stitch project can be completed in a few days (unless it's something like an ornament or a design meant for a child).
