I bought this case for my Pi3. The heatsinks are easy to install. I ended up not needing any of the smaller heatsinks, so I have a spare. The board was a little tricky to get into the case and required a bit of trial and error. You'll know you're doing it right when the HDMI and audio jacks are perfectly matched. If they are misaligned, start over or try something else. Note that once the Pi 3 is seated in the case, pliers are required to remove the micro SD card. I was concerned about how hot the CPU heatsink gets, even with the cover off and the Pi 3 idling means the heatsink is working, so that's a plus). Anyway, I decided to drill some vents in the top of the case to add the vents provided at one end of the case. I drilled 24 holes with a 7/32" drill bit, but 2 were blocked because of the USB ports. If I have the timing right this should still equate to drilling a 1" hole in the top, and if you want more just drill bigger holes. However, be careful not to pierce the posts! I've posted a PDF of the drill pattern here: sta.sh/01fspl7renio Hope this helps someone!
