Before I get into that I read reviews of several tire pumps. I was very happy with it. I ordered it because I had a slow leaking tire and didn't want to have to go to the gas station every time and also have a supply of coins for the air machine - or worse, risk it falling and getting stuck. . I have used this machine several times. Then both tires on the other side of the car were damaged. In any case, I was planning to buy new tires soon, but I had to keep going like this for a few more days before I decided which tires to buy and got to the tire shop. I had to fill up both punctured tires twice a day before going to work and before returning home. The time it took to fill seemed reasonable for a small machine - about 8 minutes from zero to 30psi on the machine's gauge. I didn't check the pressure with a separate gauge so I don't know if it was accurate. All I can say is that the tires looked good and felt good to drive. The connector is screwed onto the busbar. I like it more than the snap-ons - they seem more secure. I also like the automatic shutdown. You can read or whatever while the tire is being inflated and you don't have to worry about checking the pressure. It was moderately loud but not deafening. I wouldn't run it early on a Sunday morning in a quiet area, but it's not as noisy as my electric mower or some vacuums. The body is made entirely of plastic. It seems like it's a bit fragile, but I accidentally dropped it a couple of times and it didn't hurt itself. The only minor complaint I have is that the light control switch didn't work. The light was on all the time. From my point of view it doesn't really matter. I haven't had a chance to use a flashing lightbulb, but I tested it and it worked. There are many slimmer, faster tire pumps out there, but for the price and features, this one seems fine for casual and emergency use. It is easy to use and does its job very satisfactorily.
