Comerica Incorporated - not good bank
Terrible bank, I'll never come back here. The management won't even come to you and apologize for everything for not approving the transaction just because I'm not your local bank. Don't come here if you don't want to ruin your day. I received a certificate from Comerica Bank and sent it to the company. A certified check was returned due to lack of funds (actually a certified check). This happened when I was dealing with health problems, so I was not able to immediately solve this problem at the bank. Later, I brought them a certified check they had written me, stamped “Insufficient funds refund” and asked them to cash the check and tell me how it happened that there was not enough money in the check. They say they no longer have records and that I was out of luck and had no money. In fact, it shouldn't be. I still have a useless check, and Comerica has my money.
