Sharp to the limit, getting sharper, beautiful

This is my first chef's knife. Looks and feels like a sword. I follow the advice on the knife packaging to use a chef's knife for all my cuts. It takes a little getting used to because of the size and weight. At this point, cooking becomes easier and more fun, but don't get carried away. The thought of a possible cut from this knife is sobering. I feel very comfortable, highly recommend this wonderful kitchen tool.
