Sooooo long I chose a knife for my kitchen, this one was in the basket, but it was expensive. As soon as prices dropped, immediately order. I don't regret it. Considering that I have only had it for a week, I can’t add anything to the merits.

The knife is very high quality, beautiful, packed in a case, straight for premium quality, comfortable, sharp, brought very quickly.

The blade is sharp, I cut beef and potatoes, it is very easy to cut. The handle is comfortable to hold, push and chop. Comes with a really nice box, good presentation. I love this master knife.

These knives, I bought two, come in a nice presentation box for you to keep them in. They are razor sharp and have remained so for the first month since we received them. I really like taking them out of the box knowing they will easily cut themselves. Great job every time.

Laser engraving looks like Damascus steel but it is not Damascus steel. Says "high carbon steel" whatever that means. Sent it back and bought a real one. Tip - if the knife is only half as expensive as other blades made of Damascus steel, then there is a reason.

Bought this knife for my husband as he is the cook in our house. Opened it up and immediately fell in love with the view. Started slicing food and was amazed at the sharpness out of the box. He loves this knife. He took to Facebook to show off his new gift and his cooking friend said he has the same knife himself and uses it in his kitchen at work. Quality knife and great price.

The knife is very sharp. I got this knife from Revain for $25 and never knew how much a knife can change the way you cook. I was so amazed at how well this knife cuts things. The handle fits the hand well, the wooden handle does not slip out of the hand, works very well. We cut lemons, ginger and garlic, the knife works better than my other knives. Recommendation to all chefs, 5 stars!

This is my first chef's knife. Looks and feels like a sword. I follow the advice on the knife packaging to use a chef's knife for all my cuts. It takes a little getting used to because of the size and weight. At this point, cooking becomes easier and more fun, but don't get carried away. The thought of a possible cut from this knife is sobering. I feel very comfortable, highly recommend this wonderful kitchen tool.

We are very impressed with this knife. Of course we've tried many knives over the years and ended up not even being able to sharpen them to use again. I have never bought a new knife that was SO SHARP! Time will tell if the advantage lasts, but so far I'm very happy. It looks very stylish and I want to keep it in a special storage place so the kids don't spoil it. Today we cut some onions in preparation for Thanksgiving and I was amazed at how I can slice onions thinly :0

To be perfectly clear I paid for this knife. There is no freebie here to get a good review. I've been using this knife for a few weeks now and I LOVE it - the smooth look of the handle, the overall look of the blade, the balance of handling and its sharpness. Yes, you expect a knife to be sharp, but I use a popular knife set that needs frequent sharpening, so I don't like to do that with this knife. Simple pleasures.
