Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!
Before, I couldn’t wear earplugs or earbuds at all - after 30 minutes my ears started to hurt wildly. I took the first try Birds, for a couple of hours of wearing no discomfort. I immediately went and bought Birds+. I wear 2 hours in the morning and evening. I don't feel them at all.
