Edit: Installed in my son's Xbox One as an internal drive. Worked well and it doubled its memory. I'm not sure if a hybrid drive would work better. I probably should have just bought an SSD. Maybe if the price for 1TB drops a bit. In general there is nothing wrong with this disc. The model number difference may just be the retail packaging vs the original packaging with no real difference in the disc itself. The disc was sealed but the models don't match as another reviewer said. The box is labeled ST1000LXZ15 but received ST1000LX015. The strange thing is that the box has a new model number but it says it contains the old one. I don't know what mind games they're trying to play. Be sure to order the old model for a few bucks less, because that's what you get when you order this one. I haven't installed it yet but it's sealed so I'm sure it will work.
