The best feature is that it allows you to update information at any time so there's no need as such to wait until your next Sunday service or monthly conference meeting etc., which really helps when keeping in contact with members via email & text messages! It also has an excellent community forum where questions can be asked by users who are using this application daily (eg - how do I create a new database?) There could probably use some work put towards improving user experience but overall its not too bad of program given all available features within their product line up.- Easy accessibility from anywhere around Australia thanks to our wide internet coverage here locally!! Great tool if used correctly otherwise just another online "church manager" like many other programs out already today :) Support staff helpful enough although sometimes slow responding / taking days before replying back especially during peak times!! Its great having everything right inside 1 place instead.
