I like that my staff can go to our admin portal via any internet enabled device (phone or computer). It's also easy enough so anyone in leadership position could use it without needing training from an IT person! I like how easy it is to use. It's not overly complicated, so even those who have little experience with computer programs can pick it up quickly. There are also many tutorials available online that walk you through the process step by step. The program does not allow for printing of receipts, which is something we have had trouble with in the past. I like that it's very customizable with many options to fit your needs as well as give you some flexibility in what works best within an organization (iPad vs desktop). Their support team is also amazing! The best feature is that it allows you to update information at any time so there's no need as such to wait until your next Sunday service or monthly conference meeting etc., which really helps when keeping in contact with members via email & text messages! It's very user friendly to use! I like that it is customizable depending upon your needs which makes this program flexible in many ways as well being able come up with new ideas if you have not thought of something yet or need more features than what comes standard outta box (which there are plenty!).
