I love how easy it is to use! It's got all of your basic features that you'd expect in such an app like customer feedback surveys as well as more advanced tools (like creating multiple profiles for different users). The support team are very helpful when things go wrong or if there isn't what we need out of this platform already built into our CRM system. Sometimes they can be slow at responding but overall great experience using them so far. We have no issues with any part other than some minor UX changes could make managing profile creation easier / faster? Nothing specific really - just general user friendliness would help us feel less overwhelmed by having too many options etc available right away which makes life difficult sometimes getting people up & running quickly once onboarded :) Would definitely recommend looking around before deciding whether something will work best/best fit within budget constraints however don’t hesitate because someone.
