Love the weight and quality of this cutting board

Love the weight and quality of this cutting board. I had no problems with warping. Before using it for the first time, I soaked the board in mineral oil for two weeks. Would have given 5 stars but deducted 1 star because the drip edge is too small. If you butcher a 20-pound turkey, the juices quickly fill the grove and spill onto the countertop. He took out his router and not only tripled the size of the grove, but also made a water collector on one end. Now I'm ready for Thanksgiving this year.
