I like how easy it was to get my research out there for people who wanted help with their questions! It's also great having access in one place, which makes life easier when you need quick answers or are researching something new. The only downside we've had so far has been making sure our team members have accounts set up correctly (we're using Salesforce). If you don't already know what your product does this can be difficult at first but once figured out its not bad at all - just take some time getting familiarized and ensure everyone knows where everything lives within each other account as well. Having better visibility into client needs & requests along side of sales teams allows us to deliver more value faster than ever before!
